Conflict Resolution
 
In many cases, conflict in the workplace just seems to be a fact of life. We've all seen situations where different people with different goals and needs have come into conflict. And we've all seen the often-intense personal animosity that can result. The fact that conflict exists, however, is not necessarily a bad thing: As long as it is resolved effectively, it can lead to personal and professional growth This course will provide participants with relevant and personal practice on issues of concern to them and the organization.

Creating Strong Relationships
Relationships are the fabric of all of our lives.  When built on a solid foundation they help us overcome any obstacle we face.  In this workshop we will explore ways to fight fair, keep our expectations in check and take care of ourselves. Special emphasis is placed on how to strengthen relationships with the teachers and administrators who we entrust with our kids.

Customer Service Training
In this economic climate, all companies and organizations encounter stiff competition. Repeat business is directly influenced by how their employees interact with their customers, as well as, how employees interact with each other. Investing in customer service training has immediate and financially measurable bottom line results. The modules in this course provides employees with observable, measurable “mission critical” skills training they need to achieve and maintain your business advantage.

Diversity Training
In a world in which so many differences exist and often collide, we need safe places to create bridges. Places where the complexity and richness of our histories are treated with honor. Places where we feel safe to say who we are, who we were, and who we want to become. This workshop focuses on helping managers and employees understand the competitive edge of diversity as well as how to create environments of inclusion and respect.

Feedback
Ever feel like people just don’t understand your needs and wants? Have you considered how much and well do you give feedback when things get off track?  This workshop will provide practical skills on how to keep the communication channel in your relationships open.  Through fun and interactive exercises you will leave feeling equipped to strengthen all of your relationships. 

Goal Setting 
Everybody is multitasking. Children have teachers and lesson plans to keep them in check.  What about us? Explore which priorities are most important for you to focus on at this point in your life. Practice setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, applicable, realistic, and timed).  Stop just doing everything and start doing the next RIGHT thing.

Leadership Development
In a retreat format, participants explore ways to use their cultural backgrounds as a leadership advantage. Although tailored to each group, the program provides a foundational understanding of Emotional Intelligence. Special focus is placed on self-awareness, personal visioning, and interpersonal skill development.

Managing Your Time 
Are you stressed out, overcommitted, and always late?  Come and learn time and personal organization skills that will allow you to replace frustration and worry with order and serenity.

Services to utilize tools such as interviews, surveys, and assessments to identify key issues and opportunities for improving your organization’s (team/unit/department) effectiveness.

    
Public Speaking
Speaking in public is the number #1 fear according to the official Book of Lists.  There are times it is important to advocate for what you believe in at a public forum.. Don’t let these opportunities pass you by because of feeling ill equipped.  Learn and develop the  4c’s Credibility, Composure, Contracting, and Content.  All levels of experience are welcome.

Team Building Retreats
Any organization that seeks to sustain itself must continuously assess their progress on this path. Consistent attention must be paid to reducing systematic and interpersonal obstacles while building upon the strengths and opportunities that lay at its feet. We partner with you to design each retreat that typically assist team members to bring alignment to the team's mission as well as supporting healthy and authentic team relationships.

The Importance of a Positive Attitude
When you believe in yourself, others will believe in you. They will put their trust in your ideas. They will cooperate with you. Believing in yourself enables you to multiply your efforts and magnify your results. Come, learn and participate with others  as we all practice how to overcome those pesky negative voices that work against our preferred futures.
