Kimberly has honed her craft for almost twenty years in the performance improvement arena. She has been highly recognized and published as an expert in experiential methodology for learning purposes.

As Artistic Director of Synergy In Action, Kimberly has traveled extensively doing Playback workshops nationally and internationally in Australia, Brazil, Canada, and Rome. She has founded four Playback companies. Her team of professional playback practitioners combine over 25 years experience in the expressive arts, music, and  counseling to bring depth and joy to all the work.
